Warranty Period for Defective Items:
- Used/Refurbished Cell Phones and Accessories - 30 Days
- New Cell Phones and Accessories - 60 Days
- All other items - 30 Days
Warranty Period for Refunds:
- 30 days on all items (unless otherwise noted in listing)
Return Policy:
A) Refunds: You may return all items sold by Monster Cellular within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less a twelve percent restocking fee. You will need to print and fill out the warranty processing form located at www.MonsterCellular.net under the “downloads” section and include it with the shipment. You should expect to receive your refund within three business days from the time your package returns to our facility. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return on our end. Item being refunded must include all parts and accessories that you originally received and be in the original retail packaging for a refund. Postage to return your item for a refund is the buyer’s responsibility. If your item was originally purchased as new or refurbished it must have no signs of use or will be rejected and returned to the buyer. If the item was purchased as used, it must follow our acceptable use policy located below or will be rejected and returned to the buyer.
B) Defective Items: If your item is defective, it will be covered under our warranty (warranty period stated above). You will need to contact our customer service department to get an approval for your return. Once your return is approved, we will email you a USPS First Class Mail postage paid shipping label to return the item to us. You will also need to print and fill out the warranty processing form located at www.MonsterCellular.net under the “downloads” section and include it with the shipment. Your return will be processed within two business days of receipt in our facility.
Please only send back the defective item to be replaced or repaired. No need to send in chargers, manuals and accessories or retail packaging unless otherwise directed by customer service. This will reduce the shipping cost back to us and allow for faster service. We will make every attempt to repair your item. If we are unable to repair the item, we will replace it. If we are out of stock or unable to repair your defective item, we will contact you via e-mail or phone to offer a similar item or alternative option of equal value and/or refund.
C) Exchange: We offer a 30 day exchange policy. If you have purchased the wrong item and would like to send it in for an exchange, please contact our customer service department. We will bill you accordingly through PayPal for the new item and a twelve percent restocking fee for the returned item. Postage to return the original item will be the buyer’s responsibility. If there is an outstanding balance for the exchange, the exchange will not ship until that is paid. Once paid, the exchange will ship within two business days. If your item was originally purchased as new or refurbished it must have no signs of use or will be rejected and returned to the buyer. If the item was purchased as used, it must follow our acceptable use policy located below or will be rejected and returned to the buyer.
Exchanged Items:
We reserve the right to replace an item in the condition it was received back to us; Example : You purchased a new phone and it was returned in a visibly used condition, we will replace the item with a fully functional, tested phone of the same or better condition. If a stock of quality used or refurbished replacements are unavailable we will replace with another new item.
Non-Receipt of Item:
- Please check with your specific mail carrier first. If item is lost in the mail system, arrives with package damaged or appears to be stolen from drop off location please contact us ASAP so we can work with the specific mail carrier on resolving this issue promptly. In the rare case you received the wrong item you must contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items received in a condition different than described must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
Acceptable Use Policy: We assume that most items you use will receive some wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticeably more than average wear-and-tear will be exempt from all warranty and refund agreements. This includes, but is not limited to: heat damage, water damage, intentional tampering, extreme physical damage (ie: heavy gauges/scratches in the item), removal of ESN/IMEI label and recurring returns or exchanges.
Everything that we ship is serialized and documented (ESN NUMBERS, IMEI and UNIQUIE SERIAL NUMBERS WITH EACH UNIT). Every item will be verified that the original product came from our warehouse before being processed. If the unit fails to be recognized by our database the unit will be returned at the sender’s expense. Obvious fraudulent attempts for exchanges/refunds will be reported to all marketplaces and payment gateway that the original purchase was made from.
