New Accessories: 60 day warranty from the date of purchase.
If a product is received defective, we will exchange it for another of the same item; if the item is no longer in stock we will issue you a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
Packages we receive without the proper item replacement form will be refused. Expedited shipments (orders in which you, the customer, requests non-standard shipping, and expedited processing) will not be eligible for replacement expedited shipping, regardless of the reason for return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to determine whether or not any refund/exchanged item has violated the Acceptable Use Policy.
Any refunded or exchanged items which violate this policy are no longer eligible for our warranty.
Items which we feel have violated this policy will either be held, or re-shipped back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for “mistake” orders are charged a 12% restocking fee to cover ebay fees, final auction value and PayPal fees.
If the item has been shipped and the order is canceled after it has departed our warehouse, the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Users with 0 feedback or unconfirmed address might be asked to call in and verify their identity.
We take fraud very seriously and any unwarranted charge backs or internet scams are immediately reported to your local authorities, eBay, and USPS or FedEx Fraud division.
Acceptable Use Policy: We assume that most items you use will receive some wear-and-tear. Any item which has received noticeably more than average wear-and-tear will be exempt from all warranty and refund agreements.
More than average wear-and-tear includes, but is not limited to: heat damage, water damage, intentional tampering, extreme physical damage (i.e., heavy gouges in the item), and recurring returns or exchanges.
