Q: When will my item ship?

A: Once your payment is received and cleared we will ship your item. In some cases your item will be shipped the same business day. We guarantee it will ship within one business day.

Q: I Ordered Overnight Shipping, will it ship the same day?

A: Once your payment is received and cleared we will ship your item. Overnight orders are processed around 3:30-4:00 pm EST Monday – Friday. Please try to submit your order before 3:00 pm EST so that it will go out the same day. Also please use a confirmed PayPal address so that your order is not delayed.

Q: When will I receive my item?

A: Once your item ships, you will receive an automated email "shipping notification" including your tracking number or delivery confirmation number. Shipment times depend on the shipping type you selected at checkout. Please remember this when leaving feedback.

Q: I have a problem with the item I purchased, how do I get it replaced through my warranty?

A: Please download the RMA Form and Procedures, fill it out and return the item to us. We will immediately send the replacement item to you. Please click here to download the proper form.

Q: I have a question about an active listing on Ebay, how do I contact you before bidding?

Q: How do I contact you about my purchase?

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We currently ship to Canada, APO addresses and the United States and its territories. When purchasing from Canada, APO or US territories, please make sure to use a confirmed PayPal address for faster service and delivery.

Q: Do you accept Money Order, Cashiers Check or Personal Check?

A: No. We accept PayPal payments only. Credit Card payments can be taken through paypal without an account or over the phone.

Q: I am interested in multiple quantities or a wholesale order that is not currently listed on your store or auctions. Are you able to help me?

A: Yes. In most cases if you are ordering 5 or more phones or the auction you are looking at does not have enough quantity you are looking for, we can help you arrange a personal checkout. Please call us or email us and we would be happy to set up a private auction with a discount.
